Non-Catchment and Non-District Applications

Applications for the 2025/26 school year will be open on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 8:30am.

Space is very restricted at North Delta Secondary School so non-catchment and non-district applications will only be reviewed if space permits.

After submitting the online Non-Catchment or Non-District form, please send all of the required documents listed below by email to: lwoodward@deltaschools.ca

Required Documents for Registration

Please submit all required documents in a single email to lwoodward@deltaschools.ca. All documents must be clear and legible. Poor-quality scans or images will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

✓ Registration Form

✓ Parent Declaration Form

✓ Proof of citizenship or status in Canada for both students and parents, and appropriate proof of age and guardianship of the student

  • Passport, immigration or refugee documentation; and
  • Student birth certificate, ideally showing parents’ name(s)

✓ Proof of Residence

All documents must be current and include a parent’s name at the residential address as shown on the application.

Note: If all utilities are included in the tenancy agreement, two supplemental documents are required to confirm your address.

Families Without a Formal Tenancy Agreement or Living with Friends or Relatives

You will need to provide the following:

From the Landlord/Homeowner:

    • Verification of Address by Landlord Form confirming your living arrangement, including the names of all family members living at the residence
    • At least one Primary Proof of Address document (from the list above)
    • At least one Utility Bill document (from the list above)

From the Parents:

    • At least two Supplemental Documents from the list above

✓ BC Services Card (please include both sides of this card)

✓ School Documents

  • Most recent report card from previous school, if available
  • Any other relevant documents (e.g. Individual Education Plan (IEP), Psycho-Education Reports, Medical Reports, court order guardianship), if applicable
