Since the start of the 2021-22 school year, the Delta Youth Advisory Council team at North Delta Secondary has been promoting mental health literacy and mental wellness to all students.
Prior to winter break, the team facilitated mental health literacy lessons to Grade 8 students that they had co-constructed with some teachers…. Read more »

Delta has many different career program offerings through work experience, apprenticeships through the Youth Work in Trades and Youth Train in Trades programs and dual credit programs. There is even a program for students interested in starting their own business, the YELL program.

All Grade 8 students are invited to drop into Homework Club every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 –  4:00pm in the Library. Homework Club is supervised by a teacher and leadership students will be  present as volunteer tutors. There is no charge to attend.
